What You'll Bring to the Table:
- 2-5 years of relevant paralegal experience within corporate legal, governmental, or energy/regulatory environments, or a paralegal certificate with equivalently demonstrated experience.
- Strong knowledge of legal procedures and familiarity with FERC regulations, tariffs, and filings.
- Proficiency with legal research, document preparation, and e-filing systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and collaborate within a team.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Client operations, markets, or planning functions.
- Prior work with eTariff, FERC filings, or regulated electric utilities.
- Familiarity with contract management and knowledge management systems.
- Experience working with state public utility commissions.
- Bachelor's degree in legal studies or related field, or an Associate's degree with at least five years of relevant experience.
- Additional industry certifications are a plus.
