Required Skills:
- 5 years of proven software development experience, specifically with Java Web services and APIs
- Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring MVC, Spring Core, and JavaScript
- Experience defining API design including versioning, microservices, and deployment strategies
- Familiarity with API documentation frameworks like Swagger
- Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Maven, Docker, and experience with automation and testing frameworks like JUnit, Mockito, and Spring Test
- Ability to support mission-critical customer-facing applications with a focus on scalability and performance
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and private cloud capabilities
- Knowledge of web development with JSP, HTML, CSS/SASS, JQuery, Angular, and Node.js
- Scripting experience with Linux Shell and familiarity with open source streaming products and message-oriented middleware
- Certification in AWS Cloud or related DevOps tools is a bonus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5 years of comprehensive experience in full-stack development, API solution architecture, and DevOps practices
