Operating Fork Lift Trucks a. Operator must have a valid State Driver's License b. DuPont to provide Power Industrial Truck (PIT) certification c. Operator must use a fork truck on a daily basis to move pallets of drums, totes and various containers of raw materials 2) Ability to Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) a. Must be able to wear Dust Mask, Face Respirator, Full Face Respirator, gloves, hairnet, face/beard net, steel toe shoes, hard hat, cleanroom suit, cleanroom booties. b. Must be clean shaven on a daily basis 3) Raw Material Prep a. Lifting bags and moving 55 gallon drums of raw materials. Pre-weigh requires manual scooping of raw material powders with repetitive motion. b. Preparing drums/totes/pails. Requires daily movement of 250 empty containers by hand to palletize those containers for batch making. c. Weighing out the raw materials in a fume hood

Responsibilities: The Operator will primarily perform raw material and consumable preparations for production to support the product mixing and blending of liquid and powder raw materials in chemical tanks, in order to manufacture liquid chemical products. The Operator will work with Area Scheduler to keep sustainable levels of raw materials for production. The operator will also pull empty 55 gallon drums from drum trailer and palletize multiple batches daily. Candidate must be physically fit and capable of daily activities that can be physically tiresome. The shifts will be 12 hr shift schedule. 6am-6pm rotating between a 36 hour week and a 48 hour week every two weeks. Schedule is 2on, 2off, 3on, 2off, 2on, 3off. The 3 days are on the weekends. pays $25/hour and is 12 hours 6am-6:30pm shift Day Shift 6am-6:30pm
