Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician
Contract Duration: 18 Months
Location: Kalispell, Montana
Onsite: 100%
Pay Rate: $18 - $19.00 hour
Shift: First Shift- Monday-Thursday (10 hrs)
Hours:6 am to 4:30 pm
About the Role
We are seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician to build subassemblies and process equipment for semiconductor and display manufacturing. These components are critical to producing advanced electronic devices such as smartphones, computers, and televisions-playing a vital role in the global technology supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, repair, and troubleshoot electro-mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic components using work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, and parts lists.
- Perform electro-mechanical assembly operations and identify/correct errors.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and clean room protocols.
- Utilize test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps for testing.
- Enter progress and labor details into computer systems accurately.
- Inspect parts for defects and ensure all necessary components are available for builds.
- Actively prevent accidents and injuries by following safety procedures and reporting hazards promptly.

- Use of hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
- Standing for extended periods
- Walking, bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, reaching
- Climbing stairs and ladders
- Lifting and operating heavy machinery (including forklifts)
- Willingness to work in clean room conditions and wear PPE (coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, chemical aprons, face shields)
