Hours: Flex schedule Monday -Friday 9 am- 5pm OR 7:30 am-3:30 PM OR 10 am- 6pm
Support the management of injured employees from initial incident through return to work. Serve as the key liaison between employees, managers, and medical providers to ensure appropriate care, clearance, and successful reintegration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cases for injured employees, including reviewing medical documentation and clearances across the US
- Coordinate return-to-work processes and transitional duty assignments
- Partner with managers, healthcare providers, and external vendors to support recovery timelines
- Monitor employee progress and communicate status updates to key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies, HR guidelines, and program requirements
- Support training, outreach, and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Sciences, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3 years of experience in case management, occupational health, or workers' compensation
- Experience working with injured workers in healthcare or insurance environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with medical terminology and return-to-work processes
Preferred:
- Certification (CCM, COHN) or advanced case management experience
- Experience with workers' compensation, disability programs, or labor/union environments
- MUST USE OWN LAPTOP will be given a virtual desktop
