About the Role Are you ready to learn new skills and help build technology that protects military personnel and first responders? Yoh is hiring Entry-Level Assemblers to work with electronic components at L3Harris in Henrietta, NY. No prior experience required-just bring a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and reliable transportation.

What You'll Be Doing

• Follow engineered assembly processes to maintain consistent quality and productivity.
• Perform hand soldering on electronic assemblies and circuit cards.
• Complete a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on printed circuit boards, sub-assemblies, or end products.
• Work under a microscope with small parts.
• Stand for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment.

What You Need to Bring to the Table

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE (required).
• Reliable transportation (bus lines do not accommodate all shifts).
• Ability to attend a 2-week training program (Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) before starting your shift.
• Pass all pre-employment screenings: criminal background, education verification, and drug test.

Shifts & Pay

• 1st Shift: Mon-Thu, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM | $17.50/hr
• 2nd Shift: Mon-Thu, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM | $19.25/hr
• 3rd Shift: Fri-Sun, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM | $21.88/hr (limited openings)
