Required Skills:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in aviation sales and customer support
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
- Ability to problem-solve, think critically, and prioritize effectively
- Comfortable working on the phone most of the day in an open office setting
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Aviation certifications such as Private Pilot's License or Airframe and Powerplant License
- High school diploma or GED required
- At least 2 years' experience in aviation customer support or sales
- Ability to work on-site in Wichita
