What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Associate position at Yoh, A Day & Zimmermann Company?
Job Functions:
- Must maintain operational compliance with US and international regulatory agencies and guidelines (i.e. FDA, DEA, EU, HC, TGA, PIC/S, ISO, USP, NRC, cGMP, etc.).
- Ability to execute special projects as assigned.
- Ensure a safe and quality working environment through training, awareness, and compliance to safety guidelines and SOPs.
- Other duties as assigned with or without accommodation.
- Execute warehousing functions as assigned including cycle counting, order fulfillment, and receiving as needed.
- Process, fill, and package customer orders accurately per department SOPs.
- Complete consolidations per flight schedules.
- Ship documents prepared per department SOPs.
- Maintain accurate records and inventory levels of all finished goods in electronic and paper-based systems.
- Remain in compliance with all regulatory regulations by following all established SOP’s.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
- One or more years of relevant work experience in manufacturing or distribution is required.
- Experience within a logistics or customer service role.
- PC based distribution management & inventory systems.
