Quality Control Production Associate

Yoh is looking for a Quality Control Production Associate (Plastics) to come and join our Biotech/ Pharma client in their state of the art manufacturing building. In this role you will operate optical measurements, document readings and ensure regulatory standards and compliances are met. Full details below, only qualified candidates need apply.   

Industry: Bio Tech / Manufacturing (Supply Chain)
Location: Pleasanton CA

Responsibilities

• Process plastics consumable parts and inspect them for visual defects.
• Operate the Optical measurement equipment and document the readings
• Generate inspection reports and document the production process using GMP
• Transport material between staging and operations as needed
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and compliance with safety protocols.

Requirements: 

• 1 years of relevant industrial (Biotech instrument, industrial or semiconductor preferred) experience in production or Quality
• Ability to follow work instructions and quality control measures in a regulated industry such as ISO 9001/13485 standards
• Working knowledge of using spreadsheets and execute transactions in ERP systems
• Executing production processes in GDP environment  
• Prior experience with using CMM tools to generate metrology report
