Production Associate

Lead Production Associate Location: San Diego3-month Temp-to-Hire $25-$20/hrPosition Summary The Production Lead oversees daily manufacturing operations to ensure production goals are met efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality standards. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong electromechanical assembly experience, solid systems understanding, and proven troubleshooting and servicing skills. While the system is not highly complex to manufacture, it requires precision and manual dexterity. The ideal candidate has significant experience working directly with engineering teams and operating in regulated manufacturing environments. Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support daily production activities to meet targets and deadlinesOversee component receiving, inspections, labeling, and inventory organizationPerform hands-on electromechanical assembly of systems and subassembliesInterpret drawings, schematics, and technical documentationTroubleshoot and service electromechanical systemsMonitor processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reduce wasteCollaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve production issuesSupport training and development of production staffMaintain accurate production records and reportsEnsure proper use and maintenance of equipmentRequired QualificationsStrong electromechanical assembly experienceSolid understanding of integrated mechanical and electrical systemsProven troubleshooting and servicing experienceSignificant experience working directly with engineering teamsExperience in a highly regulated industry, preferably Class II medical devicesStrong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control requirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environmentHigh level of manual dexterity and attention to detailWorking ConditionsExtended standing and movement within production environmentExposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperaturesAbility to lift up to 30 lbsOccasional travel may be required on an infrequent basis  Estimated Min Rate: $25.00Estimated Max Rate: $30.00What’s In It for You?We welcome you to be a part of the largest and legendary global staffing companies to meet your career aspirations.
