Company Description- Pay Rate: $18-21.13/hr
- Shift: Mon-Fri: 7am-3:30pm
- Provide technical support by operating lab pilot-scale mixers, pumps, tanks, and high-speed mechanical processing equipment according to a provided trial plan or procedure.
- Perform physical and visual quality evaluations. Attention to detail is critical.
- Review of process controls and data for report out and further optimization.
- Effectively communicate data and trial learnings to coordinator for continuous improvement.
- 5 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing, process laboratory environment, or hands-on research facility.
- Mechanical acumen and chemical handling experience preferred.
- Experience with a motorized pallet jack is preferred.
- Employee must be able to work independently with limited instruction.
- Must be able to lift up to 50-lbs and move heavy items with assistance occasionally.
- Computer skills and the effective use of Microsoft Office
