Sony Interactive Entertainment (PlayStation) is seeking a U.S. Global Mobility Specialist (12 months contract). The role will report to the Director, Global Mobility, and be part of the Total Rewards & Mobility Team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee lifecycle processes for both U.S and International relocations, and as needed, support international assignment team.
Establish and manage day-to-day relationships with external mobility vendors to ensure service levels meet the needs of SIE employees and their management.
Act as the day-to-day point of contact for all mobility questions; ensure all business stakeholders and employees have timely and accurate information relating to Global Mobility processes, policies and procedures.
Work closely with internal stakeholders (managers, HRBPs, TA) and outside counsel on all U.S. immigration queries and concerns. This includes Greencard support.
Oversee all processes related to U.S. immigration working with outside counsel and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in U.S. relocation and immigration, managing mobility programs in a corporate environment.
Experience in managing and understanding international assignment programs is a plus.
Experience in vendor management and customer service.
Detail oriented yet flexible approach to problem-solving with a demonstrated focus on delivering an exceptional employee experience.
