Our client is seeking a motivated and organized Assistant Property Manager to support the day-to-day management of a commercial real estate portfolio, including retail, office, and medical properties. This is not a residential property management position.
Key Responsibilities

- Support the Property Manager in overseeing commercial property operations.
- Serve as a point of contact for tenants, vendors, and contractors.
- Coordinate maintenance requests, vendor services, and property inspections.
- Track tenant requests, lease obligations, contracts, and project deadlines.
- Assist with lease administration, tenant files, renewals, move-ins, and notices.
- Support invoice processing, budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Coordinate vendor bids, tenant improvements, and capital projects.
- Maintain accurate records using Yardi, Microsoft Office, and related systems.
- Active Arizona Real Estate License (required).
- Experience in commercial real estate, property management, brokerage, construction coordination, accounting, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; Yardi experience is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow tasks through to completion.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized professional.
- Strong customer service mindset and professional communication skills.
- Interest in building a career in commercial real estate.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a growing team.
