Required Skills
- Strong background in C with experience developing high-performance backend applications
- Proven experience designing and building enterprise-scale distributed systems and microservices
- Hands-on expertise with AWS cloud services, Kubernetes, REST APIs, and microservices architecture
- Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot), Python (FastAPI or similar), and related frameworks
- Deep understanding of scalable, reliable, and secure system design
- Experience with DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation
- Ability to lead and mentor engineering teams, influence architecture decisions, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Solid knowledge of relational databases, SQL tuning, and data access patterns
- Experience with modern software development lifecycle practices and Agile methodologies
- Experience with Kubernetes/EKS, Docker, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform
- Familiarity with Kafka, MSK, EventBridge, Redis, Valkey, MongoDB, or DynamoDB
- Knowledge of C#/.NET applications and services
- Background in financial services, regulated environments, or data-heavy industries
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, LangChain, LlamaIndex)
- Hands-on experience with event streaming, caching, and NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions and enterprise AI governance
- Background in data engineering, analytics ecosystems, or data lake architectures
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 8 years of software engineering experience, including 3 5 years leading technical teams
