Procurement Systems Implementation Manager
Location: Princeton, NJ (Remote anywhere in US for a Rockstar)
Schedule: Hybrid
Description:
The Procurement Systems Manager serves as the strategic liaison between Procurement, Supply Chain, IT, and external vendors. This role is responsible for managing the implementation, enhancement, and support of procurement and supply chain systems including SAP, Jaggaer, SO99 , contract management tools, and transportation management systems. The ideal candidate is a highly organized multitasker with strong project management skills, leadership qualities, and a deep understanding of procurement and supply chain processes.
Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for any issues related to procurement and supply chain tools
Lead system implementations and upgrades across procurement and supply chain platforms.
Collaborate with IT and vendors to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa.
Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and stakeholder communications.
Facilitate cross-functional meetings and drive accountability across teams.
Serve as the primary point of contact between vendors, IT, and business units.
Manage tool-related vendor service level agreements.
Provide ongoing support for procurement and supply chain systems.
Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution with IT and vendors.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate testing efforts.
Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials.
Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
5 years of experience in procurement/supply chain systems management.
Strong knowledge of tools such as SAP, Jaggaer, SO99 , contract management systems, and TMS.
Proven experience in project management (PMP certification is a plus).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Estimated Min Rate: $55.00
Estimated Max Rate: $65.00
