- Lead the design, development, and deployment of .NET-based applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of .NET developers, ensuring best practices and high-quality code.
- Drive the adoption of modern .NET frameworks, tools, and methodologies to enhance development efficiency.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with coding standards, security best practices, and performance optimization techniques.
- Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance application quality.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in .NET development to drive continuous innovation.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
- Skills & Experience
- 8 years of experience in .NET development, with a strong understanding of C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and related technologies.
- Proven experience in leading .NET-based projects, managing teams, and delivering high-quality solutions.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based .NET development, including Azure or AWS.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and modern web development frameworks.
- Expertise in database technologies such as SQL Server, MySQL, or NoSQL databases.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Set Yourself Apart With
- Experience in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing for .NET applications.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, Angular, or React.
- Certifications in .NET development, cloud platforms, or Agile methodologies.
