Job summary: We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as team members. You will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our self-serve frozen yogurt restaurant.
Responsibilities include:
- -Assist with food preparation and store cleaning.
- -Operate the POS system/online order systems for order-taking and payment processing
- -Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- -Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining area
- Follow all food safety and sanitization guidelines
- -Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and addressing any inquiries or concerns
- -Assist with putting away orders up to 25 lbs. and restocking supplies as needed.
- -Willing to work alone if needed
Preferred qualifications:
- -Age 18 preferred
- -Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed.
- -Previous experience in the food industry preferred but not required
- -Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- -Communication skills and a friendly demanor
- -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Shift hours range from 8:30am-12:00am
