- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for franchisees in your assigned region.
- Create and execute strategic business plans for individual franchisees based on operational and financial goals.
- Conduct regular in-store visits and scheduled meetings to assess performance and provide coaching.
- Proactively identify and resolve concerns within the franchise community quickly and effectively.
- Ensure franchisees uphold the terms of their Franchise Agreement and adhere to brand standards.
- Partner with Compliance Managers to manage, refine, and improve compliance visit procedures.
- Keep franchisees informed of health regulations, operational updates, and company policy changes.
- Support new store openings, transfers, and in-store training; complete Final Construction Inspections.
- Deliver quarterly store performance updates to Yogurtland executive management.
- Prepare and present weekly updates to the Operations team during department meetings.
- Maintain detailed, up-to-date documentation of all franchisee interactions and reports.
- Recommend and help formulate marketing ideas tailored to specific franchisee demographics.
- Provide operational coaching and team-building ideas to support franchisee staff development.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or 8 years of business experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Understanding of health regulations and HR best practices within the QSR industry.
- ServSafe certification (or equivalent).
- Valid driver's license, current auto liability insurance, and reliable personal vehicle.
- High energy, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
