What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server - Restaurant position at Yogo Inn?
Hiring now - We are seeking a year round, full or part time server for dinner service. Shifts would start 4-5pm and go until 9-10pm.
Restaurant Server Position - Qualified candidate will:
* provide great customer service, and anticipate guests' needs
* be ultra-reliable in showing up on time and ready for all scheduled shifts, be flexible with shift availability
* be 18yrs to serve alcohol to patrons (law)
Server must know our menu and be ServSafe certified within a reasonable amount of time if not already.
Catered events may be a part of this position both on site and off. Restaurant/Banquet serving experience is preferred but not required, we love a great attitude and willingness to train!
Physical Requirements:
- Position requires continuous standing, walking, bending, overhead work, kneeling, climbing, handling, reaching, grasping, lifting up to 30 lbs., and repetitive motions. Employee must have full use of all limbs and faculties.
- No substance abuse issues, may not be on the job impaired in any way.
- Non-smoking environment.
SOME WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS REQUIRED. Wage starts at $12/hr ( plus TIPS ) or more DOE. Benefits available to eligible full time employees and may include: Paid Time Off, Medical / Dental / Vision, 401k and 401k match, employee discount.
