🧡 Your Role
As a CNA or HCA, you’ll help clients live safely and comfortably at home by:
- Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
- Supporting mobility and safe transfers
- Monitoring and reporting changes in health status
- Taking and recording vital signs
- Assisting with meals, feeding, and hydration
- Performing light housekeeping and maintaining a safe environment
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Following individualized care plans and completing required documentation
- Current NAC or HCA certification
- Experience in home care, long-term care, or healthcare settings
- Experience with Hoyer lifts, dementia care, or end-of-life (hospice) care is a plus
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assist with mobility
- Ability to pass a background check and provide professional references
