Role Description
The Assistant General Manager at YogaSix will play a key role in supporting studio operations, leading the team, and providing exceptional experiences for members. Responsibilities include overseeing daily studio functions, supporting sales and marketing efforts, managing staff schedules, and enhancing member engagement. The Assistant General Manager will also assist with maintaining operational excellence and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bee Cave, TX
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff members.
- Experience in sales and marketing, including creating promotional strategies and achieving sales goals.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to effectively engage with members and address their needs.
- Operational and organizational skills for managing schedules, overseeing studio maintenance, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Passion for yoga, fitness, and wellness with an understanding of the values and benefits associated with the practice is a plus.
- Prior experience in a managerial role is preferred, especially in a retail, fitness, or service-related industry.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
