Responsibilities:
- Oversee all day-to-day studio operations, ensuring an exceptional member experience
- Lead, hire, train, and develop a motivated front desk and sales team
- Drive membership sales growth through community outreach, lead generation, and retention strategies
- Manage studio budget, payroll, and key performance metrics to hit revenue goals
- Maintain studio cleanliness, safety standards, and brand compliance
- Build and nurture a welcoming, inclusive yoga community for members and staff
- Coordinate class schedules, instructor relations, and programming in partnership with leadership
Requirements:
- 2 years of management experience, preferably in fitness, wellness, or hospitality
- Proven track record in membership sales and meeting revenue targets
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with a hands-on management style
- Excellent communication, customer service, and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency with studio management software (Mindbody or similar platforms a plus)
- Passion for yoga, fitness, and the wellness industry
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed
