Overview
YogaSix Main Line is seeking a motivated and energetic Part-Time Fitness Sales Associate to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about health and wellness, enjoys connecting with people, and thrives in a sales-driven environment. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential members, helping them discover how YogaSix can support their fitness and wellness goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage prospective and current members in a friendly, professional manner
- Conduct studio tours and effectively communicate the benefits of YogaSix classes and memberships
- Meet and exceed sales goals through membership sales, class packages, and retail
- Build relationships with members to foster a strong, supportive community
- Respond to inquiries via phone, text, and in person in a timely manner
- Assist with studio operations, including front desk management, scheduling, and cleanliness
- Support local marketing efforts and community outreach initiatives
Qualifications
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (fitness industry a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Comfortable with sales goals and performance metrics
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
