YogaRenew's Director of Paid Media
We're looking for a seasoned and data-centric Digital Marketing Director to lead our paid ads strategy across the Meta, Google and TikTok ad platforms. Candidates should have a strong background in successful digital marketing strategies and hands-on experience managing paid media across different channels.
We're looking for somebody who is able to draw from years of experience while staying on top of the continually changing paid media landscape. Candidates should be able to design and implement strategies across a wide range of products and customer profiles.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of digital media campaigns, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok.
- Utilize performance marketing techniques to optimize campaign effectiveness and drive measurable results.
- Conduct thorough research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop captivating and effective marketing materials.
- Analyze data and metrics to assess the performance of digital campaigns and make data-driven decisions for improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing tools and technologies to enhance overall strategy.
Experience & Requirements
- 7 years of experience in digital marketing with proven hands-on experience managing paid media across search and social.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and social media ad platforms.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct research and utilize insights for strategic planning.
- Experience managing teams and leading cross-functional projects effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- A passion and interest in yoga and other areas of health wellness.
