We are seeking a high-energy, people-focused Studio Manager to lead operations, support community growth, and help drive the continued expansion of our wellness ecosystem.

Position Overview
The Studio Manager will oversee day-to-day operations across collaborating studio locations while cultivating an exceptional client experience and supporting business growth. This person must be agile, organized, emotionally intelligent, and capable of balancing operational leadership with community-building and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
Studio Leadership & Operations
• Oversee daily operations across collaborating studio locations
• Ensure exceptional client experience and hospitality standards
• Lead and support front desk teams, instructors, and studio staff
• Manage scheduling, operational systems, communications, and workflow efficiency
• Maintain clean, organized, welcoming studio environments
• Address client needs and operational challenges proactively and professionally
Community Building & Client Experience
• Create a vibrant, inclusive, and energizing community atmosphere
• Build meaningful relationships with members, guests, instructors, and partners
• Support workshops, retreats, wellness events, and community activations
• Help strengthen collaboration and alignment between studio locations
Sales & Business Growth
• Drive membership growth, retail sales, workshops, and event participation
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and retention goals
• Coach staff in customer engagement and sales conversations
• Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth and community expansion
Administrative Excellence
• Manage reporting, inventory, scheduling, payroll coordination, and operational tracking
• Monitor KPIs and studio performance metrics
• Maintain organized systems and operational consistency
• Collaborate with ownership on strategic initiatives and long-term growth
Qualifications
• Previous management or leadership experience preferred
• Strong sales background with proven ability to drive revenue growth
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
• Experience working in fast-paced or evolving environments
• Background knowledge or personal practice in yoga, kettlebells, fitness, or wellness
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to lead with positivity, accountability, and professionalism
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and solution-oriented
• Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
Compensation & Benefits
• Compensation range of $55,000–$70,000 annually depending on experience
