Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Yoga Instructor to join our YES team. The ideal candidate will lead yoga classes, provide guidance on proper yoga techniques, and create a positive and inclusive environment for participants.
Duties
- Instruct yoga classes for hot power vinyasa, unheated vinyasa, yin, warm slow flow
- Develop and lead safe, fun, and engaging yoga sessions
- Educate participants on the benefits of yoga practice
- Design specialized yoga programs tailored to individual needs
- Demonstrate proper alignment and posture techniques
- Provide modifications for different skill levels
- Incorporate elements of physiology, anatomy, and program design into sessions
Experience
- Certification in Yoga Instruction
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Experience in group fitness instruction is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate and motivate participants
- High School Diploma or GED
-200 RYT or equivalent
