Required Skills & Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 8 years of experience in Unix and Linux Administration.
  • Relevant certifications are preferred.
  • Experience with RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, SUSE, AIX, or Solaris.
  • Hands-on experience in Shell scripting (Bash/KSH).
  • Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NTP).
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, Splunk, Prometheus, or Grafana.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
