Title: Earnix or Ratabase Developer
Location: Plano/San Antonio TX
Duration: Long term contract
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain rating and pricing models using Earnix or Ratabase platforms.
- Extract and translate business rules into system configurations and analytical frameworks.
- Build, validate, and review statistical models to predict customer behavior, risk, and demand.
- Lead development and implementation of banking and insurance analytics products and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver analytical insights and process improvements.
- Drive research and analytical initiatives both independently and collaboratively.
- Provide training, mentorship, and technical support to team members for skill enhancement.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality, performance, and compliance standards.
Skill Requirements
- 8 years of experience in analytics, data modeling, or rating system development.
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Earnix or Ratabase, coupled with strong Python programming skills.
- Proven experience in rules extraction and configuration management.
- Strong understanding of data analytics tools (Python, R, SQL, etc.).
- Exposure to NLP, reinforcement learning, and deep learning techniques.
- Solid experience in the P&C insurance domain.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage projects and drive deliverables independently.
