In this PRN position on our night shift, you will function under the direction of the Department Director and Chief Clinical Officer to provide safe and effective clinical care. You will utilize the nursing process to assess patients, respond to their needs, and ensure accurate documentation. Additionally, you will develop administrative skills aimed at enhancing unit efficiency and supporting effective communication. We encourage professional growth and will provide you with guidance and support as needed.
To qualify for this position, you must be a graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed by the Texas Board of Nursing as a registered nurse. A minimum of one year of experience is preferred, and current CPR certification is required.
