EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma preferred or (GED) general education degree;
- Prior experience in a medical office or similar role is a plus;
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor;
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing environments;
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical software is preferred.
