- Critique motion design projects for creative quality, technical accuracy, and adherence to industry standards.
- Provide detailed feedback and insight on design workflows, automation opportunities, and creative quality assurance processes.
- Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams to contribute expertise and help refine creative pipelines.
- Document technical findings and evaluation processes in clear, concise written formats.
- Analyze creative project performance and identify areas for improvement or innovation.
- Assess AI-generated motion graphics and content for quality, realism, and creative value.
- Proven mastery of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics, visual effects, and compositing.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for clear documentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with workflow automation and technical documentation creation.
- Experience evaluating AI-generated creative content a plus.
