We are looking for experienced Senior Field Service Technicians to support a technical AI training project. You'll apply your field expertise to analyze equipment faults, interpret technical diagrams, and provide accurate troubleshooting insights. AI experience is not required.
Scope of Work- Interpret electrical schematics, hydraulic, and pneumatic diagrams.
- Diagnose equipment faults across industrial, HVAC, elevator, heavy equipment, marine, rail, utility, and telecom systems.
- Analyze PLC logic and industrial controls to identify root causes.
- Document troubleshooting methods, findings, and corrective actions.
- Review relevant US codes, including NFPA 70/79, ASME A17.1, and OSHA requirements.
- Explain technical concepts and diagnostic reasoning clearly.
- Provide practical insights on maintenance, service, and repair strategies.
- 8 years of hands-on troubleshooting experience in relevant technical fields.
- Advanced ability to read electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic diagrams.
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming and industrial controls.
- Familiarity with NFPA 70/79, ASME A17.1, and OSHA requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong technical analysis and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience creating technical service reports or instructions is a plus.
