Vending Machine Employee / Route Operator

MP Vending is hiring a reliable, self-sufficient employee to manage and service a vending machine route. This is a hands-on role where you are fully responsible for keeping machines stocked, clean, and functioning properly.

This is not a clock-in/clock-out job — you’re trusted to manage your route like your own business.

Responsibilities:

• Service and restock vending machines across assigned locations
• Ensure machines remain well-stocked (60% at all times)
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all machines
• Diagnose and fix basic machine issues (bill acceptors, card readers, jams, etc.)
• Coordinate or escalate larger repairs when needed
• Track inventory and manage restocking efficiently
• Work alongside another team member when required
• Optimize route efficiency and performance over time

Requirements:

• Prior vending machine experience preferred
• If no vending experience: must be highly capable, hands-on, and quick to learn
• Comfortable fixing and troubleshooting machines
• Strong work ethic and ability to operate independently
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Must have transportation

Compensation:

• $- annual salary
• 7.5 % bonus of salary
