Job Description

We are seeking a responsible and caring individual to join our team as a Child Watch staff member. In this role, you will provide a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children while their parents or guardians are occupied. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and has a flexible schedule.

Schedule

• Monday through Thursday
• 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the Child Watch area
• Maintain a clean and organized play environment
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians
• Report any concerns or incidents to management promptly

Qualifications

• Experience working with children preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable and punctual with the ability to work Monday through Thursday, 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
• Ability to create a fun and safe environment for children
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
