What You’ll Be Doing:
- Train members through personalized one-on-one or small group sessions
- Design custom workout plans based on individual goals and fitness levels
- Teach proper form, technique, and safe use of equipment
- Motivate, encourage, and push clients to reach their full potential
- Build strong relationships and provide a high level of customer service
- Track progress and help members stay consistent and accountable
- Stay up to date on fitness trends and bring fresh ideas to your sessions
- Promote personal training services and connect with members on the fitness floor

Requirements:
- National Personal Training Certification (ACE, NASM, NSCA, ACSM, etc.)
- CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain before starting)
- Completion of required YMCA training programs
- Ability to maintain consistent client sessions each pay period
- Willingness to continue learning and growing in the fitness industry
