You’ll work one-on-one with members to build confidence, improve health, and help them become the best version of themselves, all while doing what you love every day.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Train members through personalized one-on-one or small group sessions
• Design custom workout plans based on individual goals and fitness levels
• Teach proper form, technique, and safe use of equipment
• Motivate, encourage, and push clients to reach their full potential
• Build strong relationships and provide a high level of customer service
• Track progress and help members stay consistent and accountable
• Stay up to date on fitness trends and bring fresh ideas to your sessions
• Promote personal training services and connect with members on the fitness floor

• Comfortable working with people of all fitness levels and backgrounds

Requirements:

• National Personal Training Certification (ACE, NASM, NSCA, ACSM, etc.)
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain before starting)
• Completion of required YMCA training programs
• Ability to maintain consistent client sessions each pay period
• Willingness to continue learning and growing in the fitness industry
