What are the responsibilities and job description for the Child Watch Attendant - Tempe Family YMCA position at YMCA?
Supervise children attending the child watch program.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF A CHILD WATCH ATTENDANT:
- Lead children through fun interactive activates such as arts & crafts, gym games and so much more.
- Create positive lasting memories for each child, each day.

REQUIREMENTS TO BE ACHILD WATCH ATTENDANT:
- 15 years of age or older.
- Demonstrated ability to provide childcare.
- 6 months or more work experience preferred.
- Ability to relate to, supervise, and provide age-appropriate activities to children, ages 1 month to 6 years.
- Possesses mature judgment and sound decision-making.
- Ability to communicate effectively with members, peers, and supervisor.
- Ability to effectively communicate information on YMCA membership and programs.
- Ability to respond to safety and emergency situations.
