What are the responsibilities and job description for the Weekend Program Facilitator position at YMCA of Youngstown?
- Responsible for facilitating dynamic experiences in weekend and retreat program activities: Adventure, Maker & STEM, Arts & Crafts, Waterfront, Target Sports, Equestrian, and Nature.

- Models relationship-building skills in all interactions. Responds to all participants and community inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Lead and instruct classes, activities, and programs for retreat groups.
- Serve as ambassadors to all Camp Fitch programs through actively outreaching to potential and attending customers, staff, and volunteers.
- Model the stewardship of camp facilities through proactive improvements and the cleaning of program areas after use.
- Models Leadership and responsibility as a role model to other weekend staff and volunteers.

- Attain required training within 90 days, CPR/AED, First Aid, New Staff Orientation, Child Abuse Prevention, Blood Borne Pathogens.
- The physical demands of the job, that include (but are not limited to) being on your feet and walking for long periods of time on uneven terrain in all weather conditions (hot sun, ice and snow, rain, wind), must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
