We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Part-Time Maintenance Assistant to support the daily operations of the golf course grounds. This position plays a key role in maintaining the overall appearance and playability of the course by assisting with routine landscaping, equipment operation, and general upkeep. Ideal candidates enjoy working outdoors, take pride in their work, and are team oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with mowing greens, tees, fairways, rough, collars, and approaches
- Perform weed eating, edging, and general trimming around course features
- Rake bunkers and maintain sand traps
- Help with irrigation tasks, including identifying and reporting leaks
- Apply fertilizers and assist with turf treatments as directed
- Maintain cleanliness of the course, including trash removal and upkeep along fence lines and common areas
- Support driving range operations (picking range balls, maintaining hitting areas)
- Assist with basic equipment maintenance such as cleaning, greasing, and servicing machinery
- Follow all safety procedures and assist with course setup as needed
Qualifications:

Previous landscaping, golf course maintenance, or outdoor labor experience preferred (but not required)
- Ability to operate or learn to operate maintenance equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and in various weather conditions
- Physically able to lift, bend, walk, and stand for extended periods
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work both independently and with a team
