Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities
Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
Ensure safety, compliance, and program quality standards
Support daily routines, behavior expectations, and program schedule
Maintain a clean and organized program space
Requirements:
Must be 18 or older
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience working with children preferred
Ability to provide leadership, patience, and consistent support
