This position is responsible for planning and implementing a safe and fun High Adventure program that meets the needs of our campers and staff. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with other program staff to ensure a positive and engaging experience for all participants.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive High Adventure program plan.
- Manage and maintain physical facilities and equipment.
- Supervise and train staff members in High Adventure activities.
- Evaluate program success and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Certified in First Aid and CPR.
- Completed a training through an ACCT certified vendor.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
