This role oversees all aspects of branch operations within a 40,000 square foot branch and amazing outdoor facilities including six outdoor pickleball courts, Camp Cove, a summer day camp serving almost 2,000 children each summer and a community amphitheater and beach. Individual plays a key role in driving membership growth, retention, staff development, and community engagement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven leadership experience (YMCA or similar nonprofit strongly preferred)
- Strong background in operations, team leadership, fundraising and fiscal management
- Experience in program development and community engagement
- Camp leadership experience- strongly preferred
- Ability to lead diverse teams and build inclusive, welcoming environments
Lead Operations & Facilities
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and high-quality environment
- Maintain facilities and grounds to YMCA standards
- Implement strategic plans to grow membership, programs, and community impact
- Partner with the Board of Managers and community stakeholders
- Ensure high-quality programs aligned with youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility
- Build partnerships to expand reach and meet community needs
- Develop and manage the branch budget
- Lead the Annual Support Campaign and support fundraising initiatives
- Hire, coach, and develop high-performing teams
- Foster a culture aligned with YMCA values: caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility
- Uncompromising and proven attitude and approach ensuring safety of members, children and staff
- Maintain safety standards, certifications, and regulatory compliance
- Lead risk management practices and staff training
