Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years of leadership experience in nonprofit, recreation, or human services
- Experience leading teams, managing budgets, and overseeing operations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with diverse populations and community stakeholders
- YMCA experience preferred; Multi-Team Leader certification required within 18 months
