Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required with 3-5 years professional program development and evaluation experience is preferred.
- Ability to assist branches in creating a strong case for financial development support.
- Strong interpersonal skills, verbal & written skills, organizational skills, and detailed oriented.
- Ability to navigate a complex organization and inspire staff to embrace change.
- Capable of building trust with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a high level of organizational knowledge, experience and proficiency.
- Ability to effectively teach, coach, mentor and develop staff of all levels.
- Ability to teach and lead Continuous Quality Improvement methodologies and process improvement.
- Evaluates programs and membership services to identify overall effectiveness and strategies for continuous quality improvement. Works with the Vice President of Programs and appropriate committees in creating and implementing strategies to drive operational effectiveness, including member engagement and high-quality program delivery.
- Train or assist in the training of staff to use AI models utilizing reinforcement learning, for improved outcomes.
- Creates reporting documents to articulate progress made toward key indicators and recommendations for improvement. Works with Vice Presidents, Branch Executives and Program Directors to ensure understanding of data collection, reporting and analysis to drive data-driven decision making. Interprets and communicates the program objectives of the association to the community through relationships with other organizations and groups in the community.
- Collaborates with our Business Analyst to pull key reports through our various software systems in order to aid in helping to formulate strategic decisions and guide direction of the various program areas in our Association.
- Collaborates with Membership Operations, Program Management Teams, Marketing, Accounting/Finance to ensure that operating systems are providing compliant, accurate, and necessary data to meet association goals
- Provide executive leadership reports depicting trends and opportunities for mission advancement including supplying data for year-end reporting
- Sends and analyzes all program and membership surveys for our program management teams
- Supports Association and branch leadership in data management and budget analysis.
- Supports our Association's Senior Grants Writer in collecting data for current and future grants.
- Maintains records essential for control and evaluation.
