Key Responsibilities
- Coach a thrilling, well-structured class that’s effective, educational, and fun
- Offer smart exercise options and progressions for all fitness levels
- Build connection and momentum with participants through clear cueing and encouragement
- Set up, secure, and maintain equipment; report safety concerns promptly
- Start/end on time and keep accurate attendance records
- Cover occasional weekday/evening/weekend substitute classes as needed
- CPR PRO/AED/First Aid certification
- Les Mills Instructor (or equivalent group exercise) certification
- 1–2 years of group fitness instruction experience
- Strong communication, community-building, and current wellness-trend awareness
