Group Fitness - BODYPUMP Instructor:
- Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition
- Create a positive class environment that is non-competitive and non-threatening. You will greet participants prior to class/track class attendance, and welcome and motivate all participants.
- Ensure a high level of customer service to enhance the member, guest, and program participant experience and satisfaction
- Our Group Fitness Instructors implement group fitness activities while following the mission, goals, and philosophies of the YMCA and are role models and professional representatives of the YMCA.
