Branch Director:
Under the guidance of the Vice President of Member and Program Services, the Branch Director is responsible for managing the Fercho and Schlossman branches in accordance with all YMCA of the Northern Sky policies, procedures and standards.
Furthermore, the Branch Director provides strategic leadership in community engagement, branch advisory committee development, fundraising (including annual and sustaining contributions), volunteer coordination, and external relations. They oversee the branch’s programs and day to day operations, ensuring alignment with YMCA best practices and standards while driving financial sustainability. The role requires strong relationship-building skills to foster partnerships with public and private stakeholders and navigate the complexities of the community. This position involves on-site leadership at branch locations and attendance at community meetings.
