We provide paid training for the right candidates! Learn the YUSA swim curriculum, shadow experienced instructors, and get certified-all while being supported every step of the way.
What You'll Do:
As a Swim Instructor, you'll:

Teach swim techniques to children and adults of all skill levels

Lead group and individual lessons using the YUSA swim progression

Promote water safety and help swimmers build lifelong confidence

Work with all ages-from babies in Parent/Child classes to adult learners

Assess skills and provide encouraging, personalized feedback

Must be at least 16 years old

Current certifications in Lifeguarding/Swim Instruction, Pro CPR, First Aid, and Oxygen preferred - or willing to obtain
