What are the responsibilities and job description for the School Age Child Care Specialist (Multiple YMCAs) position at YMCA OF THE FOX CITIES?
The Heart of the Valley YMCA and Fox West YMCA are hiring a School Age Child Care Specialist to support our growing before & after school child care program. Work closely with our School Age Director & Coordinators, as well as other leaders invested in bringing quality child care to our community. This position is partnered with the students and families attending our community elementary schools (Heart of the Valley - Kaukauna & Kimberly; Fox West - Hortonville & Greenville). Train & develop staff, create initiatives & activities to be implemented within programming and maintain a safe place for students & staff. As someone working with school-aged children, you'll be responsible for delivering positive fun, energy and warmth in an educational environment!
This is a full-time with flexibility ranging between 6:30am - 6:00pm.
