The Neenah-Menasha YMCA is hiring Building Security Supervisors, at least two weekends a month, to observe & monitor activities throughout our building and ensure the safety of our members, their guests and our staff. Working as an extension of our Membership team, staff also provide facility tours to new members, answer programming questions and help maintain a secure environment for all that visit our Y.
This is a part-time position with very flexible scheduling. Additional hours are also available.

- Summer shift: Saturdays & Sundays: 8:30am-11:30pm or 11:30pm-3:00pm
- Winter shift: Saturdays and Sundays: 8:30am - 12:30pm or 12:30pm-5:00pm
Requirements
- CPR, AED & First Aid training required, but can be completed after hiring.
- Good verbal & written communication skills are necessary along with the ability to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to provide member support to members & guests of all ages and abilities.
Salary : $18
